St Mary’s Tearoom (currently Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

St Mary’s Tearoom is now open Friday, Saturday & Sunday (11am to 4pm – out of season hours).

We are pleased to be collaborating with our neighbours at The Castle Inn Hotel to help run the Tearoom. They share our mission and passion to ensure we can continue to properly maintain and protect historic St Mary’s House and Gardens. With their help we are enhancing opening times and what we can provide when open.

In the season when the main house & gardens are open (May to Sept) those paying to visit (Thursday & Sunday afternoons) will still be able to use the Tearoom, and will now get greater choice. There is direct access to the Tearoom from the road down the short side lane. This means that those just wanting to enjoy a beautiful Tearoom can do so without having to wait until the House & Gardens are open.

A new enhanced menu is now possible.

Every visit you make helps to support the challenging of restoring and maintaining the main St Mary’s House & Gardens.
