Hollyhocks st St. Mary's House & Gardens, Bramber

Visitor information

We offer private group visits with a guided tour, and public visiting on open afternoons. We also have a charming cottage-style tea-room and souvenir shop.

April to end of September (available any day apart from public open afternoons - see below) 10am - 6pm.

House & Gardens:  
     Group of 20 - 50 persons £10.00
     Group of 10 (min.) - 19 persons £11.00
     Evening visit (min. 25 people) £11.00
     School groups (including adult helpers) £5.00
Gardens only:  
     Group rate (min. charge £60) £6.00

House & Gardens:

     Concession (senior citizen) £9.00
     Child (6 to 16 yrs)/Student £5.00
     Family (2 adults plus up to 2 children) £25.00
Gardens only:
    Adult/concession £6.00
    Child (6 to 16 years)/Student £3.00
    Family (2 adults plus 2 or more children) £15.00

For visitors to the house and gardens on open days, a wide selection of refreshments is available in the cottage-style Orchard Tea Rooms: hot/cold drinks, tea-cakes, scones, cakes, etc.


The following refreshments may be pre-booked for visiting groups:

Country House Tea: Scone, cream, jam, cake and pot of tea £6.50

Well-stocked gift shop selling souvenirs, collectables, books and music

    Visitors with Disabilities

We welcome visitors with disabilities; staff are there to advise when needed. There are clear-print room guides in every room. Visitors in wheelchairs may visit the ground floor rooms and the gardens. There is a toilet for wheelchair users next to the tea-room and shop.
