They sing regularly for the Royal family at both private and state occasions in the Royal Chapel.  There is something to suit all tastes, from Byrd to Bach and Bach to Burt Bacharach.  Preview concert programme here.

This spectacular group of dancers, resplendent in their authentic 18th century style costumes, revisits St. Mary’s to entertain us in the elegant setting of our Music Room. The group vividly bring to life the unique atmosphere of a typical Assembly Room ball of the Georgian period. Gavottes, minuets, sarabands and bourrées are choreographed in the style of the time. The music of Bach, Handel, Purcell, Lully, and Rameau contribute to the jollity of the occasion.  After the interval, members of the audience are invited to join the dancers and try out some of the steps.

Blues, Ragtime, Jazz, Songs and Dances

By popular demand the incredible POCKET ORCHESTRA returns to St Mary’s. These three multi-talented young musicians released their first album in 2012, with the aim of presenting a contemporary slant on popular music from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Working backwards from the music of the 1930s they developed a joyous sound, through the several instruments they play, that spans a wide range of musical tastes. A unique, toe-tapping experience.
