FB Pocket Orchestra

Saturday 2 November, 7.30pm

BLUES, RAGTIME, JAZZ, SONGS & DANCES

By popular demand the incredible POCKET ORCHESTRA returns to St Mary’s to play in the beautiful Victorian Music Room. These three multi-talented young musicians released their first album in 2012, with the aim of presenting a contemporary slant on popular music from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Working backwards from the music of the 1930s they developed a joyous sound that spans a wide range of musical tastes. A unique, toe-tapping experience!

"Atmospheric, yet vibrant, this charming collection of songs will make you wish you had been born some 100 years ago. The style, glamour and 'fabulousness' of this era is captured beautifully."  Jazz FM review.
